Meet the Photographer
I’m Kristina and I’m a family and newborn photographer based in Cumming, Georgia.
Thank you so much for being here!
I’d love to share my story and why I’m so passionate about photographing families and children. I haven’t always been a resident of the beautiful state of Georgia.
I was born and raised in a very small town in North Eastern Pennsylvania, and when I say small… we only had one traffic light in the entire town!
I attended college in Pennsylvania to become an elementary teacher and landed my first teaching job straight out of college.
I learned more about myself and children during that first year than I ever could have in my college classes! I adore working with children!
From my elementary to preschool years of teaching, I feel my experience and level of patience helps to make a session run smoothly.
To me, photos should tell a story, capture laughter, sometime tears, not be perfectly posed, and genuinely capture who you are.
My passion for capturing moments began back in 2010, while living in the Netherlands, where we welcomed our first daughter.
The nurses in the delivery room grabbed our small point and shoot camera and took photographs of her first breaths as she made her way into the world. As soon as I was able to hold the camera myself, I never put it down.
From my elementary to preschool years of teaching, I feel my experience and level of patience helps to make a session run smoothly.

Upgrading along the way, I wanted to document EVERY MOMENT!
Our first born became a big sister, and soon the tiny toes and petite lips of our newly born second daughter and my husband’s strong hands holding and guiding his daughters had me capturing even more.
It was after the birth of our third and final daughter that I became a Photographer’s Assistant to an amazing and very talented newborn and family photographer in New York.
The rest, as they say, is history. 😉
My passion for capturing candid moments, joyful smiles, the love, and even the breakdowns comes alive during each and every one of my sessions.
I know how very important it is to have memories captured. Documenting the giggles, sticky fingers and the snuggles through lifestyle photography, in your own home, opens a chance for precious moments, otherwise lost in time, to be captured forever.
